Flight‑Nanny Delivery — They will hand‑deliver your puppy to the closest major airport near you. Your puppy will fly as a carry‑on with one of our trusted flight nannies, traveling safely and comfortably in the airplane cabin. Pricing generally starts around $650+ for standby flights or confirmed tickets. The flight nannies will communicate everything with you on the best option. We do not currently deliver outside the continental U.S., but Canadian families may meet a flight nanny at a U.S. airport or meet a transportation driver within up to four hours of travel, Delivery costs vary based on location, season, flight‑nanny rates, and ticket prices.

Flying In — You’re welcome to fly in and take your puppy home as a carry‑on. Some airlines charge a pet fee (usually around $100). You’ll need a soft carrier, puppy pads, a small water bowl, and a few treats or toys for the trip. We can meet you at John Glenn Columbus International at no additional charge.

Local Pick‑Up — Families who live nearby or prefer to drive may pick up their puppy on scheduled puppy pick‑up days. Please give us a one‑ to two‑hour notice before heading our way.

Meet Halfway — For families traveling a longer distance, we can arrange a half‑way meeting—up to four hours from our location—with a member of our transportation team. Both parties will agree on a convenient time and place for the handoff. This is around $250-$400 based on distance traveled
